The truth about addiction – From guilt to superpower.

Why does addiction occur in the first place?

1. The generations of the 70s–90s

Something special happened during this time: many people with heightened sensitivity wereborn.

They were “different” – less tough, less materialistic, but with a stronger emotional and spiritual compass.

But the systems (school, work, society) were still strong, materialistic, and emotion-suppressing.

Result: a deep conflictbetween one's own truth (feeling, being creative, connecting) and external expectations (functioning, obeying, working).

2. Why addiction became a way out

Those who feel very strong but don't know how to maintain that intensity look for a "switch":

Alcohol → numbs.

Drugs → Artificially opening up feelings.

Medication → Reduce pain.

Work, food, consumption → distraction from inner chaos.

Addiction is also often a failed attempt to cope with a gift.

3. System & Robot Mode

The system wanted people who "function": work, pay, and remain silent.

It had no interest in geniuses, artists, shamans, or visionaries.

Those who felt very strongly were labeled as ill, sedated, or ostracized.

The truth about people with addiction

  • They are seekers. They have sensed that there is more than material life.
  • They are highly sensitive.Their perception is stronger than that of most others.
  • They have enormous potential.Creativity, empathy, intuition – everything the world needs right NOW .
  • They are not victims.Their supposed "weakness" is their superpower– if they learn to consciously manage it.

What needs to be brought to light?

Feeling is strength.

  • Pain is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of depth.
  • Those who feel deeply can also transform and create a great deal.

Guilt and shame are lies.

  • They were instilled in us from the outside to keep us small.
  • In truth, you are not a "sinner", but an unlived artist of your own life.

Potential as a task.

  • Your dependence is simply showing you: "There is too much energy here that you haven't yet channeled."
  • When you learn to channel your feelings into creativity, vision, and spirituality, you will be free.

The new perspective

  • People in addiction are not "broken".
  • They are like diamonds lying in the dirt: still uncut, but full of brilliance.
  • They are precisely the ones who bring the new – because they were never satisfied with the old.
